The data
Every page on this site is built from one file, and you can download it: all 100 items in ranked order, with their evidence grade and certainty, the sources behind every number, the cautions and the practical steps.
It is a curated secondary compilation of published guidelines and studies. It is not patient data, not a clinical trial dataset and not a risk model.

What each item holds
| Field | What it means |
|---|---|
id | Stable identifier, also the item's address on this site. |
canonical_url | The item's page in this language. |
rank | Position in the general list, ordered by impact score. |
title, summary, why, how | The item's text as it appears on its page: title, one line answer, why it matters and how to do it. |
category, domain | Topic label, and which of the four domains the item belongs to. |
effort | Size of the change: low, medium or high. |
evidence | Evidence grade A, B or C, GRADE style certainty (high to very low, or not rated), whether the evidence was measured in people with ADHD, what it rests on, and the EBI-ADHD comparison it maps to where there is one. |
impact | Editorial benefit score from 0 to 100, the headline number and which source it comes from. The score is a prioritization weighted by certainty, not a personal prediction. |
effect | Where a number can be stated plainly: the outcome, what it is compared with, the value and its unit. |
sources | Every source: title, publisher, year, address and tier. |
caution | When to talk to a clinician first, where that applies. |
practice | Actions by available time (1, 5, 15 and 30 minutes, and a staged plan), examples, common mistakes and guides. |
personalization | The rules the tailoring reads, in the rule language described on the methodology page. |
dates | Publication, update, evidence check and clinical review dates, where they are known. |
Where it comes from
How the items were researched, fact-checked and ranked, and what that process cannot promise, is on the methodology page. Nothing in this file has been clinically reviewed.
Reuse
The compilation and its original text are published under CC BY 4.0. The publications it links to keep their own rights, and the license implies no endorsement by their authors.
The site itself loads /data/items.json, whose shape changes with the site. Build on the download above: it carries a schema_version.
General information about ADHD, not a diagnosis or an individual treatment plan. Tailoring changes the order of suggestions; it does not assess you. Medication decisions belong with you and a qualified clinician.
