About adhd100
adhd100 is published by Pawel Jozefiak. It is a compilation: one hundred things adults with ADHD and parents of children with ADHD can do, each with one number, how sure the evidence is, and the public sources behind it. It is the ADHD sibling of healthy100.
No clinician has reviewed these pages: no doctor, psychologist or nurse wrote or checked them. The research and the fact-checking were done by AI models, as the methodology page describes, and every claim links to a source you can open yourself.

General information about ADHD, not a diagnosis or an individual treatment plan. Tailoring changes the order of suggestions; it does not assess you. Medication decisions belong with you and a qualified clinician.
